At A & R Property Maintenance, your peace of mind is our priority. That’s why every new kitchen or bathroom project (from 1st November 2023 onwards) comes with a 5-year workmanship warranty at no extra cost. We’re confident in the quality of our service and this warranty is our promise that your project is built to last.

A workmanship warranty acts as your safeguard. If an issue arises as a result of our installation work, we will put it right. Unlike some warranties that can be vague or misleading, ours is clear, transparent and included upfront in your estimate so you can make an informed decision before any work begins.

Please note:

• The warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, wear and tear,  Acts of God or client-supplied items.
   
• Unnecessary or mismanaged callouts will incur a charge.
   

For added reassurance, your project is also protected by a Consumer Protection Association Insurance-Backed Guarantee (IBG). This ensures that, in the unlikely event A & R Property Maintenance ceases to trade due to liquidation, receivership, administration, bankruptcy, state retirement, or death of the principal(s), your warranty remains protected.
