Quotations/estimates are usually done in person and not done from pictures or over the telephone. Depending on the scale of works quotations/estimates are usually sent between 7 to 14 working days from date of visit as dependant on suppliers.

Rochelle plays a vital behind-the-scenes role in keeping A & R Property Maintenance running smoothly. While Anthony leads the team on-site, Rochelle supports the day-to-day operations
Her calm efficiency ensures the business stays organised and responsive. Rochelle also runs her own business, Manage My House which provides flexible home and property support across Dorset and that dual perspective brings valuable insight into what clients need most from a reliable, honest service.
