While Anthony leads the team on-site, Rochelle ensures the day-to-day operations remain organised, efficient and responsive.

Alongside her role, Rochelle also runs her own business, Manage My House, which provides flexible home and property support across Dorset. This dual perspective gives her a deep understanding of what clients value most — reliable service delivered with honesty and care.
