MAINTENANCE & REPAIR SERVICES
MAINTENANCE & REPAIR SERVICES
Property maintenance insurance cover isn’t available for general maintenance because it’s classed as wear & tear which is an accepted part of owning a property and renting one out. Landlords who keep on top of their rental property maintenance schedules, shouldn’t have too many unexpected surprises. But when things do need fixing, landlords should arrange for the issue to be inspected and any necessary repairs carried out as soon as possible to save money long-term.
This is where we step in to help: sometimes tenants forget that landlords have expenses too and not a magic hotline. Property emergencies are inevitable at some point or another however maintaining rental properties regularly will save long term financial headaches.
